Deal Scanner
You're spending hours scrolling Craigslist, OfferUp, and Mercari looking for flips — but most "deals" aren't deals at all once you factor in eBay fees, shipping, and the time you wasted. Deal Scanner checks three marketplaces at once, looks up what items actually sold for on eBay, and tells you the real margin. You get a graded list of deals worth your time. Not guesses — math.
Problems this solves
Three marketplaces, one search
Scans Craigslist, OfferUp, and Mercari simultaneously. You see everything available — not just whatever app you happened to open first.
Real margins, not asking prices
Looks up actual eBay sold prices and calculates your profit after platform fees, shipping estimates, and category-specific costs. Electronics at 13.6%, guitars at 6.7% — it knows the difference.
Deals graded so you can move fast
Every deal gets an A, B, or C+ grade based on actual profit potential. Stop doing mental math in your head — just grab the A's and go.
Scams and junk filtered out automatically
50+ spam and scam patterns detected and removed before you ever see them. No more clicking into listings that are obviously fake.
No duplicate listings wasting your time
The same couch posted on Craigslist and OfferUp? You see it once. Cross-source deduplication so you're looking at real inventory, not noise.

Questions
What exactly do I get?
A downloadable zip with the full source code, tests, Docker config, and documentation. It's yours to run, modify, and deploy however you want.
How does it calculate profit margins?
It pulls actual sold prices from eBay — not asking prices — then subtracts the listing price, category-specific eBay fees, and estimated shipping. The margin you see is what you'd actually pocket.
Can I use this for my business?
Yes. The license covers commercial use — run it for your reselling operation, use it for clients, whatever you need. The only restriction is you can't resell the source code itself.
How hard is it to set up?
You need Docker and a free Supabase account. One command to build, one command to run. Most people are scanning within 10 minutes.
What's the difference between Standard and Pro?
Same core scanner. Pro adds Airtable sync for tracking your deals, vector search for smarter matching, Langfuse tracing for monitoring, and direct support to get you set up.
Can I get a refund?
Since this is source code, all sales are final. Take a look at everything included above before purchasing.
